Shipping

  • Door-to-Door delivery available from Monday till Saturday between 9am - 10pm.

  • Shipping of items will be between 1-3 business days from date of pick up.

  • Additional charge of $5 for collection or delivery to/from Sentosa for sellers and buyers respectively.

  • All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ.

  • Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

  • Maximum weight is 30kg and maximum dimension is L+2W+2H=300cm, where either one dimension shall not exceed 150cm.

Sellers

  • Upon order confirmation, you will receive a message via Whatsapp from Games Mart to confirm delivery collection date.

  • A flat fee of $1.99 will incur per order, which would automatically be deducted from your payout.

  • For parcels that are more than 5kg, there will be an additional charge of $6.

  • For parcels that are more than 10kg, there will be an additional charge of $12.

  • For parcels that are more than 20kg, there will be an additional charge of $25.

  • For multiple parcels in one delivery, additional costs will be incurred depending on the volume, and this will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

  • For parcels that were missed and not picked up by collection date due to seller's negligence, resulting in a 2nd attempt or more, a surcharge of $4 will be incurred for each attempt.

  • Upon a successful order, an email with a AWB attached will be sent to Seller. Please print out the AWB and attach it to your parcel.

  • An additional surcharge applies to shipments with improper packaging and invalid printed AWB.

  • Pick-ups available (excluding weekends & Public Holidays) from Monday till Friday between 9am - 6pm.

⚠️ For sellers who choose to use their own method of delivery, please submit proof of delivery to Games Mart (via email/whatsapp) once you have delivered the items. Games Mart will release the income to you after the standard 7 days, if there is no refund raised from buyers' end.

Buyers

  • Please check your letterbox if your item purchased is a small one.

  • For any return of items requested by the Seller and approved by Games Mart, an email with an AWB attached will be sent to buyer. Please print out the AWB and attach it to the parcel.

  • An additional surcharge applies to shipments with improper packaging and invalid printed AWB.

  • For urgent request of delivery, please contact Games Mart support upon successful purchase and an agent will be in contact with you. Kindly note that it is still subject to seller's approval and that additional charges may incur on a case-by-case basis.
