Refund/Return

  • Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy, Buyer may request for a refund by downloading the Refund form here.

  • To prevent suspicions in tempering, an application for a refund and/or return must be made within Games Mart guarantee period of 7 days from date of order.

  • During the guarantee period, if Seller approves the refund, it will be processed and refunded to Buyer within 3-5 days if paid by credit card, and 1-2 business days if paid by Paynow.

  • If Seller disapproves of the refund, a Games Mart agent will step in to mediate the process. An undisputed decision will be made at the sole discretion of the agent.

  • After the guarantee period and prior to its expiration, users may communicate with each other privately to resolve any undisputed issues.

  • In cases where Seller approves of the refund, returning of the items purchased is not necessary.

  • In cases where Seller disapproves of the refund, Seller may choose to have the items returned or not. Please note that there will be additional costs incurred for the arrangement of delivery, unless Seller arranges their own courier.

  • For any refund and return request approved by Games Mart, Games Mart will notify the Seller by email (“Email Notification”) and organise the delivery of the relevant returned Item to the local address provided by the relevant Seller via email. In the case where no returned address is provided, the item will be returned to the address where it was originally sent from.

  • Kindly note that mystery boxes, brand boxes, surprise boxes are not applicable for refund/return.

Refund Policy

  • ​Buyer may only apply for
    (i) the refund of the Item where such Item has not been received by Buyer (“Unreceived Items”), or
    (ii) the refund and/or return of an Item received by Buyer (“Received Items”) in the following circumstances:
    a) Buyer received an empty parcel;
    b) Buyer received item that is different from what was ordered;
    c) The Item received was incomplete (missing parts or items as described by seller);
    d) The Item does not match the agreed specification (i.e. wrong size, colour, etc.) as stated by Seller;
    e) The Item is defective and/or faulty;
    f) The Item received is a counterfeit product.

  • Please note that platform fee, shipping fee, and merchant fee (if paid via Credit/Debit card) are non-refundable for refunds requested after the items have been shipped.​

Return Policy

  • Where applicable, items must be returned to Seller:
    (a) in its original packaging;
    (b) in complete condition and have no missing parts (with original free gifts, accessories included);
    (c) have its original tags/labels attached and its serial numbers present (if applicable);
    (d) not damaged or in unsellable condition because of customer actions, negligence, misuse, alterations or tampering;
    (e) must not be installed / disassembled / in used condition.
